Add Your Event
On this page you can add your own event.
Once complete, our admin will check the details and approve your event.
- Add the event title in the ‘Title’ field
- Add your event full description in the next large text editor box
- Add a short one sentence description in the ‘Excerpt’ field.
- Add start and finish time and date by clicking on the calendar icons
- If the event is repeating, select the ‘Repeating’ checkbox and fill in the details.
- Add the vent location by selecting the Event Main Location dropdown and select ‘Insert a new location’ and fill in the details
- Add the event organiser (if you want) by selecting the Event Main Organiser dropdown and select “insert a new organiser’ and fill in the details.
- Add a note to the admin for your event in the Note to reviewer section if you would like to send a message
- Scroll back to the top and add your name and email under ‘User data’
- In the ‘Event links’ section you can copy and paste your website or social media links if you like
- Set the event cost in numerals only. eg, “25” or “0” if it is free.
- If you would like an image for your event listing, in the Featured image section, select the ‘Browse’ button and find your image stored in your computer files. Images should be square around 500 x 500 pixels.
- Scroll to the bottom of the form and check the ‘Terms and Conditions’ in the privacy policy if you agree in order to submit your event.
- If there has been any errors in filling out the required fields, the system will show an error explaining the problem.
